Services

I primarily see children and adolescents (ages 3-17) weekly in my practice. Additionally, I meet with parents and caregivers of clients under 13 for one session per 4-6 sessions of the child. I currently see clients in-person on Fridays in the Ravenna Neighborhood of Seattle. I can host teen and parent/caregiver sessions on Telehealth if necessary. In my experience, telehealth therapy with children is more challenging and less effective.

Rates and Sliding Scale

Initial phone consultation (20 minutes): Free

  • This is a short conversation for us to discuss what brings you or your child to therapy and to explore what working together may look like. For this conversation, please consider your or your child’s needs, whether my services fit those needs, and if you think I am someone your child will be comfortable working with.

Intake Assessment (75 minutes): $130

  • This is a longer-than-average session that’s an important part of setting the stage for our work together. For children under 13, this is a meeting with their caregivers. During this time, we’ll talk about session logistics, your or your child’s developmental history and unique experience as a person, presenting concerns, your hopes for therapy, my clinical boundaries, and what to expect/not expect. We can also evaluate in this time whether further referrals will be needed and address any other questions you have. If either of us decide to not work together at the end of this time, you will not be billed for the appointment.

Individual Session (50 minutes): $90 - $130

  • All my clients are given the opportunity to pay within a sliding scale. Above is my current scale.

Parent or Caregiver Consultation (required every 4-6 sessions for children up to 12 years old): $80 - $120

  • Working with parents/caregivers of a child is equally important as therapy. These sessions are focused on sharing relevant themes and observations from your child’s therapy sessions, while still maintaining the confidentiality of your child and my work together. It is also a time for you to share relevant updates or reflections about your child and family to support our ongoing work. These sessions are not meant to replace individual therapy, as the focus is primarily on your child.

At this time, I do not accept insurance. I can, however, provide a summary of services (called “super bills”) for you to submit for reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. If you plan to submit documentation for reimbursement with your insurance company, please consult your insurance company to confirm your coverage prior to our initial appointment.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card. I ask that session payments be made within 24 hours of our time together.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that you are financially responsible for no-show appointments and any appointments cancelled within 48-hours of our scheduled appointment start time.
